Jumpstart Savings Accounts are provided by the West Virginia State Treasurer’s Office through a contract with United Bank. Apply for your Account and update information through the State Treasury’s links below. Once you have been approved for an Account, you will receive instructions from United Bank on how to complete your online banking enrollment and accessing your banking information.
